Test Edit
After your discovery call, we’ll schedule a complimentary test edit, where I’ll work with up to 10 images to determine if my services will be a benefit to your business!.
Schedule Edits & Pay Retainer
When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll create your private portal, where you can sign your contract, view invoices and pay the gallery retainer, which holds your space in my editing schedule for active galleries.
Edit Anchors
Edit one (or more) image per different light situation and notate any images that require masking or that you'd like turned black and white.
Follow my Best Exporting Practices PDF in the welcome guide to ensure your gallery is prepped and ready for transfer to be edited. Send catalog to my private WeTransfer Portal for smooth sailing.
Catalog Review
Once I receive your catalog, I’ll review it to make sure the anchors are edited, as well as notating the number of images to be edited for your invoice.
Editing your gallery
This is where the magic happens! I’ll go through each image, making all necessary adjustments to adhere to your style. Goodbye, stress!
Catalog Delivery & Review
Once finished, your gallery will be returned on the scheduled date. You’ll have 48 hours to review and request any additional adjustments, which are done free of charge.

DO I HAVE TO EDIT MY ANCHOR IMAGES?
Yes! They are my guide when editing your galleries. Without a guide, I’ll naturally gravitate toward my own style, and that my not be a reflection of YOUR brand. Anchors guarantee that your completed gallery aligns with your style & aesthetic.
WHAT IF I USE PRESETS AND PROFILES?
When you work with presets and profiles, they’ll automatically transfer over with your edited anchor images. I own many presets from different creators already, so there’s no risk of digital product theft there.
DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE SESSIONS IN ADVANCE?
You are not required to schedule session edits ahead of time. However, to avoid rush and priority fees, it would be best to schedule them in my calendar to ensure timely editing and delivery for your clients :)
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A DEFINED STYLE?
Private editing is a great way to reduce time spent in post processing, which works best with a consistently style. If that doesn’t sound like you, a coaching call with preset creation may be the best fit for you. Check out my Additional Services below.
CAN I COMBINE SESSIONS FOR A DISCOUNT?
Unfortunately, combining sessions to get a reduced rate is unfair to my other photographers, but also to the clients awaiting their galleries. It’s best to schedule edits ahead of time to keep your clients delighted by a quick delivery!
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM IMAGEN AND AI?
Since I’m not a company or computer, each image is hand-edited with the goal of reducing your time making adjustments after gallery completion. No training AI or sending galleries to train a company how to edit for you!
IS THERE A MINIMUM SESSION REQUIREMENT?
No, I do not require a minimum number of sessions or weddings per photographer. I do. however, recommend pre-scheduling your galleries in my calendar to avoid rush fees!
DO YOU OFFER RUSH & PRIORITY SERVICES?
Yes! Sometimes life happens and you need a gallery turned around fast! This is why I offer rush fees and priority scheduling. If you have signed a contract with me, you’ll have priority scheduling. Rush fees apply to galleries needing immediate editing and require me to work additional hours to meet my deadlines.
